• Sign up starts at 5:30 pm

• Must be present to sign up. No phone call or messaging sign up allowed.

• Musicians will perform in the order they sign up.

• Each act will be allowed 2 or 3 songs, or minimum time of 10 minutes. (Length may be adjusted based on number signed up)

• After everyone signed up gets their turn we will start at the beginning of the list and offer another chance to share your talents!

• Acoustic/electric instruments and handheld percussion are preferred to minimize the time between acts.

• If you have a band that requires more than 5 minutes to set up, please make arrangements with the host ahead of time. We would love to hear you at RBC open mic!

• If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by an adult.

TIPS TO MAKE THE EVENING ENJOYABLE FOR ALL

• Please be tuned up and ready to take the stage when it’s your turn

• Stay close to the mic...it is your friend

• Everyone makes mistakes, blows a chord or forgets a lyric. Don’t worry and don’t apologize.

• Be positive and encouraging in your comments to others.

• After you play, the polite thing to do is stick around and listen to others.

• Keep coming back. You’ll get better and better, and bring your friends to cheer you on.
